    Hi Kevin
    I have your DVD on swimming. How can your swimming lesson cards be of help other then watching the dvd? Thanks Greg

    Hi Greg,

    The cards take all that information on the DVD and put it into a format you can bring to the pool. Plus, with each drill there is a corresponding workout to allow you to implement it right away.
