New at Triathlons...did my first April 3rd 1:23 11th place finish 40-44 age group. My swim was the hardest for me.........I know I need to work on breathing, head movement, stroke...wasted tons of energy... lucky for me I was able to bike well and I'm a runner. I need your help...
