		<description>Thanks for the great podcast on Hypoxic breathing. I tried the 3-5-7 and I could really feel a difference in my strength and strokes. I wasn&#039;t able to get to 7 breaths but the 5 really made a difference. I will practice the sharkfin stroke today at the pool.</description>
