&quot;Cruise&quot; is generally an interval you can make with about 5-10 seconds rest comfortably for consecutive 100&#039;s (aka &#039;base&#039;). A moderate pace is generally an aerobic pace, somewhere around 60-75% effort, where you are not necessarily trying to make an interval or achieve any particular time, but you&#039;re also not going slowly.

		<description>I heard you on the Simon Gowen show and I love the workout but have a question.  in the Main part of the workout what do you consider a &quot;moderate&quot; pace?  How should it compare to the &quot;cruise&quot; speed?  Is moderate faster or slower than cruise?  I assume it is slower but want your opinion.  I figure my cruise speed is about 1:35 for 100m.  What should my moderate pace be?
